HEP Inc is taking applications for team members to join our utility crew. Work includes: * preparing trench bases for installing pipes * cutting, fitting and aligning the pipe to a designated grade and line. * preparing the pipes to be joined together * joining the pipe together * testing the piping * covering the pipe * concrete placement * other general installation tasks Must be able to periodically lift 10 to 50 pounds, work in outside environment, work in rough terrain, stand, walk, bend or crouch. Equipment experience preferred (Skid loader, excavator, loader) but not required for the right fit person. Must have valid driver's license, bank account, transportation to and from work. Must comply with all safety protocol and OSHA regulations. Hours generally M-F, 8-4:30, but may require overtime. Pay periods 1 week in arrears via direct deposit.
