URGENT - PRODUCTION PLANNER/EXPEDITER

We are looking for a Production Planner/Expediter to join our team in Clifton, NJ. We are a Growing manufacturing warehouse looking for a candidate with experience in high-volume warehouse operations. Responsibilities: • Create furnace, Assembly, and CNC production schedules to achieve On Time Delivery goals and coordinate their implementation with Operations • Orchestrate systematic flow of parts through various work centers as well as Quality, Packaging, and Logistics departments • Oversee accurate floor labeling and production reporting in ERP system • Calculate weekly/periodic metrics and drive operations to achieve targets • Collaborate with other departments to achieve weekly targets and minimize downtime • Coordinate work center changeovers to meet the production schedules • Complete quarterly projects to improve efficiency and/or reduce expenses • Prepare daily and weekly reports to communicate results • Ensure the Production department’s compliance with PTI Internal Quality systems and ISO 9001/AS9100 procedures Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a production planning/scheduling role • College Degree a plus but not required • Computer skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) - ERP system experience (IQMS/DelmiaWorks a plus) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Organized; ability to prioritize and manage own time We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, visual, 401(k) with company match, Paid Time Off, Holiday, and ten paid company Holidays.
