Snow Plow Drivers and Masonry Help: Landscaping/Hardscaping/Equipment Operator (Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties) Please resume or employment request to: [email protected] compensation: Negotiable employment type: full-time Job title: Landscaping/Hardscaping/Equipment Operator Our Landscaping Company is a well-established, well-respected excavation and landscaping company specializing in pool construction and hardscaping but is not limited to that scope of work. Our services offered are predominantly within Morris, Warren, and Sussex counties. We are hiring skilled masons and laborers. Experience is preferred and compensated but eagerness to learn will be trained. We are seeking to fill the positions for immediate hire of long-term full-time employees. (TEMPORARY WORKERS NEED NOT APPLY.) We offer the following services: Commercial snow removal, installation of interlocking paving stones, block retaining walls, lumber retaining walls, foundations, custom hardscaping such as sitting walls, drainage solutions, landscape installation, grading, excavation, and concrete demolition. We work 12 months of the year weather permitting with no slowdown in the winter. Snow plowing is part of our job and good winter work. The following requirements for the positions include: Valid and clean driver's license record Reliable means of transportation to and from the “fleet yard” Smartphone for communication on the project sites. Ability to read, write and speak English (bilingual a plus) Ability to work 40 hours a week Desired skills listed: *Operate skid steer/mini excavator *Stone Coping Installation *Stone Veneer Installation *Paver Patio Installation *Glass or Ceramic Tile Installation *Cutting Pool Tile, Pavers, and Coping *Able to use power tools; machinery *Team management is a plus ***Hardscape professionals who are highly experienced, you must be able to lead a crew ensuring that work is done in a timely fashion and all laborers that are assigned to your project are producing throughout the workday. We offer: Minimum of 30 hours/week. Overtime is paid Pay: based on experience Steady and consistent work Weekly pay via direct deposit or check; all positions are on the books.
