Be a part of history! John Deere and Blue River Technology are seeking local candidates from the Mansfield, IL area to assist with their safety design on the NEW autonomous tractors! When: October 5,6,7,8 Where: Mansfield, IL (specific location TBD) Pay: $20/hr Shift: 8 hour shift; approx. 2PM-10PM. Paid for entire 8 hours even if finish early! What: The tractor’s safety system needs to teach itself to spot and identify a human silhouette, so it can shut itself down or change paths to avoid collision. Requirements: This job will require standing in various stances/positions in the field as the safety system passes. The safety system will be ran by an operator during this trial and is 100% safe!
