Hey guys, Just wanted to post to let you guys know that we have a reptile sanctuary. We take in unwanted snakes (non-venomous) and reptiles and give them good homes. We also rehabilitate them if they are sick, won’t eat or are having a hard time adjusting. Some people are able to get the animals back after rehabilitation. Our goal is to help the owner and the animal and this is at no charge UNLESS we cannot help them within our sanctuary and the animal has to undergo vet procedures (rarely ever happens) but if owner doesn't want to go through the process or expense they can relinquish the animal to us completely and we will cover any and all medical cost. We originally started in Florida and now are doing the sanctuary here in New York as well. Covid was a hard time and we took in over 40 reptiles during this time because owners could not take care of them. We understand this. So please don’t toss your animals outside or let them die. Call or text us and we can come pick the animal up for you. We have a mentoring program for teens and we tend to use a lot of the animals as emotional support animals and a way to conquer fears.
