Our family friendly event, Harvest Your Health, will be taught by Dr. Clarence Ing, MD, MPH, and free meals are provided for attendees. Please register so that we can plan accordingly.
Dr. Ing is a powerful speaker who will share the keys of reversing disease and finding long-lasting health. He has over 41 years of lifestyle medicine experience and has presented health programs in many venues worldwide to people and business such as Motorola, Singapore Airlines, Hewlett Packard, and the Singapore Ministry of Education. Dr. Ing is a board-certified Preventative Medicine Specialist. He is the former Medical Director of the Newstart Wellness Program in California and the Youngberg Wellness Center in Singapore.
The topics include content about learning to eat for a healthy heart and brain, lowering your risk for cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and arthritis; learning to use natural remedies to avoid chronic, degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, and discovering how to master your appetite so it doesn't master you.
