See SERA's new home at the Galleria — an exceptionally healthy, flexible, sustainable workplace renovation that embodies SERA’s core values as a firm committed to sustainable placemaking and reducing climate change. The Galleria office is the culmination of years of research, planning principles, and a human-centered approach to design, that expresses SERA’s values about human health, wellbeing, and productivity. Beyond sustainability, SERA prioritized employee health by investing in exceptional air quality and thermal comfort, maximizing the flexibility of open office areas, and implementing technology strategies that can maximize the experience of both in-person and remote collaboration.
