We are thrilled to be back at the breathtaking Riverbend Retreat location in Willowcreek this Fall for an Auyervedic-themed Recharge Day filled with nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. Here is a taste of what’s included: -Pilates Fusion with Sonja Lyth -Ayurvedic Nutrition demo with Amy Aiello of Radiant Balance Life ~learn about nourishing foods that will help you stay grounded and enhance your immunity through Fall and winter. Bonus recipes included! -Abhyanga (self-massage) session with Jennifer Wiest of Amrita Botanicals -Gentle Yoga with Tamra James -Stabilizing and grounding through Sounds and Meditation with Jen Madrone of Inner Alchemy Healing and Sound -Massage/personal sound healing with Jen (optional add-on) -Ayurvedic Facials with Jennifer (optional add-on) -Lunch and light snacks Curated by Amy -Outdoor hot tub/cedar wood sauna -More to be announced We have two ticket prices: General Admission will access you to everything except treatments. General Admission with Massage or Facial will guartentee you a 25-minute treatment of choice! There will also be a signup sheet if you decide to get treatment while at the event, and it will be on a first come first serve basis. Please bring cash to pay the practitioner directly. We will be kicking off the event with Pilates at 10:45 AM, so please arrive between 10:15-10:30 AM. Since our location is on a private property, we highly recommend carpooling if you plan on coming with friends. Bathing suits and change of clothes are recommended as well. REFUNDS: There are no refunds once tickets are purchased. However, if you can't make the event you can transfer it to a friend directly and provide us with the name of your replacement by Thursday, Oct 27th at the latest. Thank you!
