This one-day workshop will familiarize participants with the Program Quality Assessment (PQA) tool and prepares them to conduct a program self-assessment. We encourage each grantee to bring a team of 3-4 program staff members, community partners, volunteers or others who will be assisting with the program self-assessment process. (Note: This number includes your Program Director.) Please plan for coverage in your afternoon programming hours on this date, as your team will need to stay until 3:30 pm to fully benefit from the training.
