This workshop will support experienced program leaders in using the School Age and Youth PQA to conduct program self-assessment with an emphasis on a deeper understanding of the measures, as well as supports for embedding continuous quality improvement into the culture of their program. We encourage each grantee to bring a team of 3-4 program staff members, community partners, volunteers or others who will be assisting with the program self-assessment process. (Note: This number includes your Program Director.) Please plan for coverage in your afternoon programming hours on this date, as your team will need to stay until 3:00 pm to fully benefit from the training.
