The Potomac Valley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. - Physical and Mental Health Committee in conjunction with CCI Health Services invites you to our workshop entitled: "Loving Yourself Means Checking Yourself" which will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Gaithersburg location of CCI Health Services. During this time together we will hear from medical professionals about breast health and the importance of early detection. In addition, we will have a Registered Nurse from the Walter Reed National Medical Center Tele-Pain Management Initiative who will teach participants about movement therapy and its healing properties. Games and small prizes included. We hope you will join us for this engaging and informative discussion. This is a free event! COVID-19 Protocol: 1) All individuals are required to wear masks throughout the duration of the event. 2) Individuals attending the event MUST STAY HOME if they or a member of their household has any symptoms of COVID-19, the flu, or a cold. 3) Individuals attending the event MUST STAY HOME if they or a member of their household has recently tested positive for COVID-19, is in isolation or quarantine, or waiting for a COVID test result.
