Treat yourself to the ultimate self care experience that will leave you feeling grounded, recharged and connected to the wisdom within. A powerful opportunity to connect with your own energetic body. Share this experience with like minded women as we gather for an intimate, relaxing and recharging night. The evening will begin with a Cacao offering to open the heart, followed by breath work and a root centered yoga practice on the beach. Cool and rinse off at the heated poolside shower, followed by journaling prompts to promote increased insight and connection to the wisdom within. The evening will end with a guided meditation and sound healing by Tree Om Sound Bath. Rest in shavasana while submerged in the sounds of the sacred instruments while receiving individualized reiki. Offering will be held at the Bungalow East, a private luxury beach house. Light bites and cacao will be served at this event. **Please eat light prior to our gathering. Itinerary 3:45 Arrival . Event starts at 4PM, ends at 8PM. What to bring: Yoga mat and beach towel or blanket to put UNDER the mat while practicing yoga at the beach. Water bottle. Any bolsters, blanket or supports to make your shavasana/ sound healing experience cozy. A change of clothes if desired. Parking: The is limited parking at the Bungalow East. About our facilitators: Emmy Slaibe, also known at The Mindful OT on social media, is the owner and creator of Yo.T Holistic Wellness. Emmy is a certified and registered occupational therapist as well as a yoga instructor with two - 200 hour yoga teacher certifications and Reiki Certified . She has brought yoga and mindfulness throughout Broward county including public and private schools, private psychotherapy practices, Holy Cross Hospital’s rehabilitation and acute care staff, private businesses and the community. She integrates her skills and experience as an occupational therapist to address self- awareness and reflection, while promoting personal growth on and off the mat. Emmy offers a variety of yoga classes throughout Broward County and individual 1:1 private sessions integrating a variety of modalities including reiki, yoga and occupational therapy. Yo.T's offerings include multi sensory experiences while collaborating with different practitioners to provide the community with a variety of tools to promote an overall sense of well being. Tree Om Sound Bath offers the ultimate sound bath experience using Quartz Singing bowls, Gongs, Tibetan sound bowls and Native American Flutes. Ricky and Cesar have a deep passion for sharing their passion with the community while bringing people together . They travel throughout South Florida curating regular community based and private events.
