Kuhns Group, dba Kuhns Construction, specializes in the restaurant industry and since its founding has built or renovated more than 350 restaurants across seven states. Wanting to enhance Kuhns Group's professional management, Chad took classes at Aileron. He now is a speaker at Aileron on a regular basis. In 2021 Chad purchased a controlling interest in Combined Technologies Group. A year after successfully implementing the Aileron processes there, he invested in DSMG and is in the process of increasing efficiencies, communications, and leadership skills within the organization.
