Malas, Mantras & Meditation
Presented by the Grand Valley Yoga Festival & YogaV
In the chaos of our daily lives there are numerous yoga practices that we can do to help us to quiet our minds in order to bring us peace.
One of these yoga practices is called Japa Meditation. This class will teach you how to use a Mala and Mantras for your Meditation practice.
Please bring your personal Mala if you have one, if not, a practice Mala will be available for you to use.
Suggested Donation to Grand Valley Yoga Festival - $10
The Grand Valley Yoga Fest is a non-profit. All proceeds go to Suicide Awareness and Mental Health programs in the Grand Valley
