In this interactive session, recognized thought leader Dave Edelman will draw on his experience as a Fortune 500 CMO and McKinsey partner as well as his teaching at Harvard Business School to facilitate a group discussion focused on the promise and challenges of enabling personalized customer experiences at scale. Participants will be encouraged to share their efforts, successes, and challenges to advance the conversation and learn from their peers. This event is hosted by the Boston CXPA with support from Genesys and will include beer/wine, light snacks, and plenty of time for casual networking. We look forward to you joining us!
