Have you seen stray terrier? Around E 7th St & 23rd Ave

Hi all, I'm trying to locate a black & tan wire-hair terrier, spotted this afternoon around 4pm at the E 7th & 23rd Ave intersections next to the freeway. We tried to catch him, but unfortunately he got spooked and ran into the bushes. Please let me know if you see this little guy!! We are really hoping he is safe. Picture resembles dog but isn't the actual dog.
