Painter or painter helper with good experience

Painter needed - painter helper who can work independently without supervision will also be considered. The project is to paint the interior of a small house of roughly 1800 sf with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, attic space (additional room on top floor), small foyer, stairs, and one full and one half bath. One bedroom is already done so the work for the rooms listed above is less one bedroom. The project is to paint one room at a time, walls and trim (trim needs touch up stain). You will need to move furniture to the side/middle of the room, cover everything, paint, clean up, place furniture back and then move on to next room. Touch up walls where mudding needed (though minimal). If you have experience working with interior residential painting jobs, this gig may go on for 5-6 days assuming slightly more than one room can be done in a day on average (eg living and dining rooms surely can be done in one day; kitchen, foyer and stairs can also be done in one day; and bathrooms can easily be done in half a day). Willing to pay $25/hour for the right person if they can complete the job in 6 days max. Will see progress on first day in terms of "quality of work" and "speed". If quality is good (no streaks and good cutting) and if progress is good (more than one bedroom being completed per day), then the rate will be increased to $30/hour. All materials, paint, stain, brushes, rollers, trays, drop cloth, etc. will be provided. So the gig is for 6 days and at $30/hour assuming 8 hours/day, the gig could total $1,260. Will pay in cash.
