I need someone reliable to help me manage a vacation rental. Tasks include: receiving packages (small to medium) and delivering to the house, meeting local vendors to monitor repair jobs, doing property walk throughs to ensure home is guest ready and assisting vacation rental guests with minor maintenance issues when needed. You need to have reliable transportation (SUV or truck ideal). Hours will vary depending on need, someone with a flexible schedule preferred!
