Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a structured and dynamic type of yoga that follows a set sequence of poses. The Sun Salutations help to warm up the body, we then move on to the standing postures, the seated postures and end the practice in inversions.
You will learn to practice the Primary Series (up to NavÄsana/boat pose) with proper alignment and breath. The class will move slowly, allowing you to absorb the postures.
With a large selection of variations, that class is accessible to most.
Beginners are absolutely welcome to join.
