HVAC tech needed to fix my Air Conditioner

I bought a Goodman heat system online. The furnace works great, but the AC unit doesn't. I had a guy install it, charged the line, but something isn't right. The unit cycles on but doesn't deliver cold air, and then it turns itself off. I'm happy to pay cash to someone who can tell me what's wrong, and fix it.
