Dennis N. Duce currently grows more types of microgreens each week than anyone (he knows of) in Weber County. You can find him year round at the Farmers Market with anywhere from 5 to 25 different types of microgreens. In this beginner class he will teach you how to sanitize your seeds, and all of the steps right up to harvesting and sanitizing your grown microgreens. He is also going to provide you to a private link where he keeps his notes on how to grow each kind of microgreen, this is an ever expanding document you will have access to. We will end the class seeding your first tray. All of the items you need will be provided including, a self watering tray, seeds, coconut coir, sanitizing spray (and how you can make more at home). Depending on the seeds you select you will have your first harvest 7-14 days after the class. Come learn how to grow microgreens and what the pitfalls are you need to watch out for.
