Question:: Who wants to learn how to make pasteles, pernil, arroz con gandules and coquito for this upcoming Christmas season?? I am a chef, graduated in 2018, I can teach you, not like how abuela teaches, via a la chancla or spoon ;) and your family, up to 15persons, to make peril, arroz con gandules, pasteles and coquito. Or what ever other Puerto Rican items you want to learn how to make. DM me for prices, I will come in with recipes and 80% of the items needed all is needed is a kitchen, a stove and a table, and a few other items.
