I'm seeking a short term contract helper to do the following: * Assist me with some property management duties on a property * Coordinate cleaning and repairs to a home * Assist in making phone calls and following up with vendors Ideal candidate has experience as a property manager. Number of hours is variable. Payment will be made to you as a contractor, NOT a W2. You must be legally eligible to work in the US. You would need to be able to travel to Oakland (94619 area code) within 20 minutes at times.
