We are hiring an onsite operations helper at our East Bay location. The Role: Work with our stylists to pick styles and pack boxes for our customers Process orders, returned packages and inventory Support laundry operations including ironing Support merchandizer with new inventory uploads Provide customer support We are looking for someone who: Are highly organized, reliable, motivated and efficient Are are motivated by challenge and a natural problem solver Are passionate about delighting customers Are responsible and highly efficient with time management skills Are committed to continuous improvement and growth Are flexible and available to support the scheduling needs of the business Are an effective communicator with strong spoken and written communication skills Are a quick learner, a self-starter and tech-savvy Have strong computer skills including navigating websites, email and other online platforms Our Mission: Our mission is to help people achieve their goal by building confidence in how they look and feel when connecting with others.
