Covid-19 Vaccinations Photo ID, insurance, or citizenship status are NOT required.Walk-ins are welcome.We are administering all recommended doses (1st, 2nd, additional 3rd, and booster) of Pfizer and Moderna (ages 6 months & up), and NOVAVAX (ages 18 & up) Covid –19 vaccines.Children between 5 and 17 years must have a consent form signed to bring with them on the day of vaccination. Forms will be provided.A second vaccine appointment (returning in 21- 28 days) will be tentatively depending based upon number of vaccines administered.Vaccination cards will be provided.We will be co administering the Covid-19 and monkeypox vaccine.
