Keyboards/lead guitarist needed

HI! We are a cali-reggae style band (The Expendables, Ballyhoo!, Stick Figure, Sublime, etc) We formed about 5 months ago and have played a show. We are looking to make more originals (3 so far) and play some gigs around San jose and the surrounding areas. We are a group of 4 guys who love jamming a reggae/rock/alternative style. We accept any genre you like to play just be versed with reggae. We are looking for a keyboardist and/or lead guitarist to help develop our style and bring the sound to the next level. Must be punctual, and veresed in Rock/reggae style playing, and willing to spend 1-2 days a week (2hrs eeach of those days) to practice/jam/write music. We can send you phone recordings of our stuff and we have a reggae cover of "dont let me down" by the beatles on youtube. our group consists of: Drummer Bassist/ Back vocals Rhythm Guitar/front vocals lead guitar/ Back vocals Im the main vocalist and I want to step away from rhythm section from time to time to work on lyrics/melodys so itd be great to have someone that can play guitar and keyboards.
