Awesome opportunity to get into a quiet space to practice and/or record! Looking for solo musician / producer / and/or drummer to share this awesome space with two others. Both are solo musicians, very chill people, easy to work and schedule with. This space is unique in that it is set up as a recording studio, with a live room, separate control room area, and a vocal booth in between, that helps to act as a buffer between the other two rooms as well. It's situated in a shared artist space, with a kitchen area, private bathrooms, and secure locks for the individual rooms, and the shared space. It's available 24 hours a day. Only two other music people the building, and in the time I've been here, I've almost never heard them. I use the space as a recording studio/creative space/office, so I'm in here a lot when I'm here, but also often not in here for days at a time. The other solo musician is also pretty flexible and reasonable, and we are willing to work with any other reasonable person, and as long we vibe, I'm sure we can work around each others' schedules. To be concrete, for $400 a month, you're guaranteed 3x a week, for 3-5 hours at a time. We can arrange times to be scheduled, but can also be flexible as well, if need be. Additionally - I can offer to do basic recordings/mixes for you.. $100 a song for solo artists- and $200 for a band recording. And if you have your own recording gear- you can record yourself as much as you want! It's available starting Oct 1st, so step up, peeps!
