We'll begin with a slow nourishing practice that builds into a dynamic flow infused with mindfulness with a soothing savasana and a grounding Chakra meditation.
The yoga practice is on a flat, shaded space on the beach. I'll have yoga mats and individual brooms for you during class.
Also included: I can take photos of you or your group after class! I always take a timelapse of the class that I will email you if you like.
