Come join us at Dana Adobe to learn about ecosystems, cooking, art, and life in and around Dana Adobe from 1890 to present.*Masks are required inside buildings.Ticket prices:Enrolled students $10.00 (Unenrolled siblings are not allowed to attend this field trip due to insurance limitations from the venue.) Chaperones $8.00We encourage you to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these trips and their educational value. Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher who planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.* May I pay using my student's planning amount? Yes! You can pay for your student's ticket and one chaperone ticket with your student's planning amount. There are two steps to purchase tickets for field trips with your student's planning amount. Step 1. Reserve your ticket on Eventbrite. Please select the "Student ticket ordered through Procurify" and or "Chaperone ticket ordered through Procurify" ticket options in Eventbrite. Complete the checkout process on Eventbrite. You will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite once your order is complete. This is the first step in reserving your tickets. Immediately after you receive confirmation from Eventbrite you will move to step 2. Step 2. Place an order for your tickets in Procurify. Search the name of this field trip in the Procurify catalog and complete your order just like you would for any other order. Your spot on this field trip will not be confirmed until you have placed your order in Procurify. Failure to place an order in Procurify may result in your tickets being given to a family on our waitlist and or being removed from the attendee list and having your funds manually deducted. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome but students MUST be enrolled in Heartland. If you purchase a ticket for a student who is not enrolled the ticket will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. What are the check-in procedures? Students will be greeted at the front of the Cultural Center. Check-in with Heartland Staff and get a group number. Is there on-site parking available? Free parking - Park in the parking lot. Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL ARE PROHIBITED. Food and drinks may be brought to the venue. *Heartland does not provide transportation for any of our field trips. Our field trips are for Heartland Charter School students and their families.
