We will begin our time together in a silent Tea Ceremony with Liza. The journey of Tea as a plant spirit medicine began thousands of years ago and continues to meet us right where we are, in the here and now. A gentle balm, Tea offers a respite to the busyness of our daily lives. Through this silent practice, the heart softens and the spirit begins to open. It is here that wisdom, clarity, and healing emerge and connects us to our highest Selves. With the heart-opening support of the tea, we will tap into the wisdom of your own breath with Brooke. Through the use of intentional, rhythmic, and circular breathing your body has the potential to release physical pain, process emotions, and welcome clarity into your life. Other modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, and live music will be integrated to support your journey inward. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
