Fun facts about the brewery: TDNE (San Luis Obispo, CA) was founded as a brewery/art project to create distinctly curious, high quality beers, with high drinkability - that stand at the intersection of art, science, and imagination. Max, the owner of the brewery, went to brewing school in Germany before cutting his teeth at Firestone Walker Brewing Co in Paso Robles. After a 6 year stint in Paso, the opportunity to branch out and start TDNE presented itself, and Max jumped in with both feet. They've created a diverse group of passionate & driven beer folks, who take pride in a well executed lager program, aromatic & hop driven American beers, and nuanced Belgian inspired farmhouse beers, which we prefer to produce with ABVs sub 7% (with exceptions of course!).
