Let's make some frighteningly delicious pasta with instructor Julie Parisi. She will lead a demonstration-style class on making spooky black fettuccine pasta using squid ink and creating a tasty sauce of cherry tomatoes and shrimp to go with it. Next the class will learn how to make pumpkin ravioli served in a brown-butter sage sauce. Samples of each dish will be served. This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market. All ticket holders receive a coupon for NewBo Beer & Wine.
