So I have been put in a really rough predicament in the last 24 hours my home that I’ve been living in for seven years is being sold my landlord told me that I could buy it and then he would give me till December he called me yesterday to let me know that he had already sold it I had been contacting him for the last week letting him know I had gotten the loan I had gotten the approval and I needed to know the cost of the home but he was not responding so now I have been put into the predicament where I have to come up with the down payment of a new home i’m probably going to have to sell my vehicle along with a lot of other of my high cost property if I could get some help or possibly get pushed in the right direction where I can get assistance that would be great I am a single parent household with a child with special needs as well
