START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. We are looking for a cleaning specialist to join a team who will perform the daily cleaning of a beautiful Montessori school located in Jupiter.  You must be dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality. Duties and Responsibilities: Office Areas Completely Clean restroom and restock consumable as needed  Replace liners and dispose collected trash in onsite dumpster daily Clean fingerprints and smudges from entrance glass and entry doors daily Dust all open horizontal surfaces, including counters, desks, tables, file cabinets, copy and fax machines, A/c vents, etc. (weekly) Vacuum all carpeted areas including under desks needed Sweep and Mop all hard surface floors treated mop head, remove all stains or spill marks daily Remove cobwebs as needed Break Rooms Empty trash receptacles and spray disinfectant if necessary Restock all paper products and hand soap daily Clean tables and chairs, neatly arrange furniture daily Sweep and mop all hard surface floor with treated mop head, remove all stains and spill marks daily Clean any splashes on the wall around the garbage bins daily Clean microwaves to be cleaned inside, outside and underneath. Clean refrigerator (last Friday of the mth) to be wiped down inside, outside. Position Requirements: • Maintenance and/or cleaning experience. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Attention to detail – meticulous • Must be a team player - possess a great attitude. • Must be physically dexterous as there is light lifting, bending and stooping involved. • Be safety minded. Schedule is Monday to Friday 6pm to 12am
