This tour will visit a cocoa plantation with crystina, where you will learn from the cocoa flower to the cocoa pod; And the fermentation and drying of cocoa beans. You will then be taken to a ranch where you will learn to bake, grind and refine dried cocoa beans. You will enjoy making chocolate.
