We invite all parents and caregivers living in the Spartanburg City with any children between the ages 0-8 to join us for a FREE light dinner where we will hold the Triple P Discussion Group: Hassle-Free Mealtimes with Children. This discussion group is 1 of 5 different discussion groups which address varying topics. This group focuses on giving parents some positive strategies to help develop a good bedtime routine and to teach children to fall asleep in their own bed and stay in their bed until morning. During this discussion group, parents will work through bedtime difficulties and create an individualized plan to address these difficulties at home.
