Take a break from your work week and wind down with yoga and a glass of wine after. Yoga instructors, Roxie. and Kristin will focus on bringing awareness to the mind, body and breath through a variety of yoga poses at a gentle pace. The emphasis is on alignment and self-awareness for a safe practice. All are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis! Classes will include pranayama (breathing) and asanas (yoga poses). Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
When: 1st Wednesdays of the month
Ages: All ages welcome. Please keep in mind we try to keep a calming atmosphere in the class and we ask that everyone keeps voices low and stay mindful of other yogis.

$15-adult ticket-includes glass of wine after yoga session
$12-kid ticket
