Cat Victimized, Head Cut Off

This happened in Eureka, near the CVS drugstore on Myrtle Avenue in Eureka, on Searles, between Hill and West Streets...closer to Hill than West. After the kitty's head was cut off, the body was put in front of his family's front door. His family say they have had no problems with any neighbors, or have any idea who would have done this. If you know anything about this, please notify me. Keep your cats safe.
