Pop-up event: KIDS YOGA!

Description

Bring your kids to a pop up class of fun and zen in a beautiful (fenced in) beer garden. Parents are welcome to grab a beer, latte, or snack and sit at a picnic table, watching all the magic unfold. During this class we will do yoga poses, share yoga philosophy, learn how to share and care for each of emotions, and simply play. This event will be guided by me, but led by the children. I take a Montessori approach to child interaction and honor children for how they arrive in the moment. Ages 4-9 (there’s some wiggle room here so feel free to DM me!)
