Let's come together and help our community!After speaking with Dana Jones, Director of Volunteer Services with Chambliss Center for Children, I was able to learn so much about their program and understand how important it is not only for the families but also the children there. I immediately knew this would be a great place for us to all come together and give back as one brokerage and team. So on Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, we would love for you to join us and volunteer at Chambliss Center for Children located at 315 Gillespie Rd, Chattanooga. We are currently deciding whether to work outside or inside that day. But a few options for either are: Outside: MulchingTrimming& WeedingInside: Deep cleaningHandyman projects (painting, putting items together, hanging blinds)Moving items from one area of campus to anotherImmediately after, we will have a sponsor providing lunch. It would be a great opportunity to hangout and get to know everyone more. If you aren't able to come in person but would still like to give back.. They are regularly taking donations of these essential items including: KleenixBatteries (AA, AAA, C & especially D)Pull ups (size 5)Disinfectant wipesLaundry DetergentChildren's bandaidsSpecial upcoming events (peanut free candy for Halloween parade, tiny pumpkins to paint & face painting supply)And to make it convenient for you, I'd be happy to meet you and pick up these items to give to them.
