As more HOA residents look to install rooftop solar, or add EV charging in condos and townhomes, many HOA covenants need updating. The Atlanta REALTORS® Association invites residents, HOA board members, management companies, and industry professionals to join us for a special town hall discussion at the Trees Atlanta Kendeda Center on Thursday, November 3rd, at 6:00pm. You’ll hear from experts working in the electric vehicle and solar energy industries on solutions they have provided for local HOAs, as well as available utility and government incentives, and suggestions for updating your HOA covenants.
