FULL MOON SOUND BATH MEDITATION JOURNEY Wednesday December 7th, 6:30-7:30 Ticket price $35 Come join us in ZEN Relaxing Wellness Center's captivating Salt Room for this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation Journey led by Lindsay Johnson from Kings Wellness. The Cold Moon cycle is a great time to set intentions, cleanse, and recharge for the new year. This one-hour journey will include light movement to calm the nervous system, intention setting, and a variety of vibrational instruments including crystal bowls, gongs, and drums. No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that may keep you comfortable (blanket, pillow, eye cover, etc.). Space is limited so please register via the Eventbrite link provided. ZEN's therapeutic salt room is constructed from natural Himalayan salt, featuring lighted Himalayan Salt panels on the walls and Himalayan Salt covering the floor. Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) can support the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems. Remove yourself from environmental pollution, technology, and the constant commotion of everyday life. Walk into the salt room and restore, relax, and renew! Feel free to take a tour of ZEN's facility before or after the event to see the other services available to help you reach your wellness goals. INSTRUCTIONS: Please note that due to limited seating, this is a PREPAID event. Your ticket purchase will reserve your space. Participants can bring a yoga mat to lie directly on the salt-covered floor or use one of the six loungers available in the Salt Room (first come, first served). ZEN is a drug-free environment.
