This gathering will be facilitated by the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at broadhead. From industry-wide challenges to specific agency initiatives, the content we cover together will be determined by a pre-event survey designed to identify our shared priorities and areas of interest. Along with your collaborative spirit, bring an appetite — we're serving apps from the acclaimed local restaurant, Owamni by The Sioux Chef. Together, we will: Familiarize ourselves with each other’s DEI operations Discuss topics in intermixed small groups Come together to share learnings and experiences Prior to the event, we kindly ask you to: Complete our brief survey – it will help us find commonalities and drive meeting itinerary.Send us attendee names, roles or any other pertinent information in order to introduce your agency. OTHER DETAILS We recognize the honesty and potential vulnerability an event like this entails.
