In October 2012, Nicole Pacini, began documenting and giving reviews on her experiences and appreciation for the culinary excellence of the Twin Cities area. From this fondness of good food, the “Minneapolis Entréepreneur”, food aficionado was born. From soul food to seafood, Italian to American fare and all types in between, she has provided insight and highlighted restaurants and their menus to many. Her food photos and accompanying reviews have garnered over 3,000,000 views on Google. Now, to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of her blog, the Minneapolis Entréepreneur is hosting a celebration of her epicurean passion.
