Sign up for all 6 weeks of the Tai Chi series: Thursday October - 13th, 20th and 27th at 6pm. Tuesdays November - 1st, 8th, 15th at 6pm. Tai Chi is an exercise with its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. It is now widely practiced around the world for improving health, balance, strength, and relaxation. Tai Chi for Health is a modified form of Tai Chi founded by Dr. Paul Lam. The forms are easy to learn and can be performed seated.
