Two small problems: 1. Water damage in bathroom ceiling. Maybe just fix roof shingles to prevent worse leak? 2. Need shingles to cover the gap from roof to porch. Simple jobs, you get the supplies then charge me, and have your own ladder and tools. Non-smokers only. Aiming to have these done next week.
