Beginner - Intermediate level Handy individual wanted for $50 / Hour Pay! We're looking for a handy individual who is willing to hustle and grow with the fastest growing handyman company in San Diego County. The way our company works: We invest the time, money and expertise into getting the best clientele. Taking on small to medium maintenance jobs. (Appliance Installation, Closet And Shelving Installation, Door Repair, Screen Door Installation, Furniture Assembly, Etc.) We subcontract out that labor to handy individuals, paying them 50% of the cost of the labor. (We charge clients $100 / Hour for our services, so if you finish the job quick you get paid the same for less time worked!) You represent us when you work (Company hat and name badge supplied when hired). Get the job done and then get on to the next! We are a professional company and that's what our clients expect. Our core values are Reputation, Respect and Growth This is what we expect from your character and this is what you should expect from us. Responsibilities Dress and act professionally with clients. (Uniform is a Gabriel Home Service hat and badge, a solid color polo shirt, and work appropriate pants and boots.) Study and understand how to fix clients' problems prior to the job. (You'll become very familiar with Youtube and google) Do the work (Fixing screen doors, assembling furniture, installing TV mounts, fixing drawers, Etc.) Provide a great customer experience and work to get great reviews and referrals (There will be bonuses for this!) Communicate, Communicate and Communicate Requirements Your own vehicle (Something that can haul materials too and from jobs) Your own tools (Drill, impact driver, drill bits, Screwdriver set, wrench set, hammer, mallet, tape measure, clamps, hand saw, grinder, oscillating saw, and other tools may be required per the job) Handyperson Insurance (We can help you choose the right stuff)
