Part-Time Arizona Maintenance Technician - Strollers and Massage Chairs $16 / hour $500 Signing Bonus after three months employment! Position has flexible hours at approx. 15 - 20 a week, additional hours may be available at both this location and other locations within the Phoenix area (mileage reimbursement applicable for other locations).  Great for retirees, mall walkers, or current mall employees! BASIC FUNCTION The Arizona Mills Maintenance Technician role at Arizona Mills is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours a week with one weekday morning and one weekend morning). Responsibilities include: ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our equipment- strollers and massage chairs, retrieving and returning strollers to our vending units, repairs as needed and interact with both Smarte Carte and mall management. This position reports to the District Service Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs. Maintain clean equipment at all times. Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner. Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte. Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager. Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair. Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships. Other assignments as needed. QUALIFICATIONS  Electrical and mechanical equipment repair skills Verbal and written communication skills   LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Valid Drivers license required   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Apply a force of approx. 75 - 100 lbs to move 15 carts simultaneously Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs Experience Required Electrical and mechanical equipment repair skills Licenses & Certifications Required Drivers License Skills Required Reporting Time Management Customer Service Cleaning Troubleshooting Communication Behaviors Required Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Motivations Required Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
