We hire dedicated hard working individuals, whether you are a seasoned professional or just eager to learn. We are a new family owned company here in Glendale AZ. Our facility is 6500 sq. ft. We work off of a batch system and we also offer sandblasting. We are looking for self motivated individuals who can also handle taking direction. We offer a very competitive wage. Position Summary: As a Powder Coater or Prepper you’ll have the opportunity to expand your coating and prepping skills as you work on a variety of projects from custom artwork to large Architectural structures. To be a successful employee you must have a professional work ethic, be comfortable adapting to change, and the ability to problem solve. Punctuality and professionalism are a must. We offer paid vacations and holidays as well as potential bonuses based on performance. Duties and Expectations: Prep items for coating, to include masking, sanding, drilling and hanging parts. Knowledge of chemical pre-treatment is helpful. We use a Gema box fed and fluidized hopper systems. We also have a Nordson gun if you prefer. Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project Qualifications: 2 years experience in the powder coating industry preferred but not required I have no problem traing the right person!
