Best selling author of Cake Confidence, Mandy Merriman, is welcoming you into the next level of cake making in her hands on cake class! BUILD YOUR CAKE CONFIDENCE! I strongly believe that with a little point in the right direction, anyone can quickly develop the confidence to create over-the-top beautiful and mouthwatering gourmet-style cakes in their own kitchen. After all, there’s always a reason to celebrate, and I believe there’s no better way to celebrate, than with a can’t-put-your-fork-down delicious cake on the table to share with those you love most. My Baking with Blondie Cake Confidence class is everything for cake lovers! Sign up with your friends & family, and get ready to build your Cake Confidence! In this class, it's all you! Bring your enthusiasm for learning and I'll provide the rest! I will demo how to bake & decorate a cake start to finish, but you will be able to stack & assemble your very own cake to take home! I will personally walk you through how to stack, fill, layer, crumb coat, drip, frost, and decorate your own cake. I will troubleshoot the most common cake mistakes, and answer any and call cake questions along the way. At the end of class, we'll have Cake Confidence cookbook signings, raffle giveaways, and refreshments. We ask that those who attend wear a mask or face shield, and practice social distancing while entering and exiting the event space. We will sit 4 attendees per large event table, so there will be plenty of space for everyone while frosting their own cakes. Whether you want to up your cake game big-time, or just have a fun night out with some friends & family together, this class will be one you'll absolutely love. You will also be able to decorate your own cake, start to finish, and take it home to enjoy! I can’t wait to meet so many of you! Cake classes are my favorite and I personally pour everything into them for you to have the best experience possible, while also abiding by COVID protocol. ♥️ *No refunds after a week before the class.
